By downloading, installing, or using Myeongly (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Myeongly provides personalized Korean astrology (Saju) readings based on your birth data. The App calculates your Four Pillars chart and generates interpretive content using AI technology.

All readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Myeongly does not provide medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Myeongly. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Myeongly uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device.

Myeongly offers ad-supported free content and premium content. Free users can access core readings and may be shown ads or offered rewarded ads for limited free access to selected premium surfaces.

Premium features unlock through one option:

• Premium LIFETIME — $4.99 one-time (lifetime access, no subscription, or local equivalent)

Premium unlocks deeper chart sections and full romantic compatibility readings generated from your chart and the partner birth details you enter. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed with RevenueCat for entitlement verification. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

The LIFETIME plan is a single one-time transaction with permanent access — there is no recurring charge.

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that third-party advertisements may be displayed within it. To deliver and measure these ads, Google and its partners may collect and process device and usage data, including advertising identifiers — see our Privacy Policy for details and how to opt out of personalized advertising.

Advertisements are provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of any ad or for products, services, or websites reached through them. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

You agree not to interfere with, obscure, or artificially interact with (for example, generate fraudulent clicks on) the advertisements in the App.

All content in Myeongly — including text, graphics, design, algorithms, and AI-generated readings — is owned by or licensed to Myeongly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your personal Saju reading is generated for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or resell readings for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Myeongly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological reading. Saju readings are based on traditional Korean astrology principles and AI interpretation — they should not be treated as factual predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myeongly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings provided.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account & Data in the app. For support, you can also email admin@hakimlabs.com or visit https://myeongly.com/delete-account. App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat purchase records may be retained by those processors or where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Completed premium purchases will not be refunded upon termination for Terms violation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
